The latest addition to the SABO collection, the GoodLift is the perfect shoe for lifters who prefer a shoe without a heel. Featuring an all-new non-marking outsole with minimum thickness and a special pattern for maximum grip. The upper is made of thick, supportive leather with a man-made liner. The GoodLift also has a 30 mm super durable metatarsal strap for a secure fit.

This is the perfect shoe for deadlifts, squats without a heel, and bench press.

Main features:

- New non marking outsole, minimally thick (5 mm) and designed to support the foot under heavy loads.

- Pattern on bottom sole designed for maximum grip against the floor.

- 30 mm wide ultra-durable lateral strap for a secure fit.

- Classic upper construction, with natural leather and quality components make for a solid and durable shoe.

Advantages:

- The soles are thin and flat to decrease pulling distance. A thin sole means the barbell is higher up from the floor relative to the athlete. This allows for more weight to be lifted since the pulling distance becomes shorter.

- Specialized footwear protects the feet from injuries related to heavy lifting. Protects athlete's feet from platypodia (flattening of the arches).

- This shoe provides maximum stability for the ankle.

- The soles are made from materials that do not have any give which results in a good surface to push against. The pattern and side support on the outsole minimizes slipping.

Size Guide

SABO GoodLift (and GYM) shoes are built on Russian whole sizes (size 36 - 47) and run larger than the Deadlift-1's, therefore the conversion table below is a little different to the table on the other SABO pages. The table below shows the conversion of Russian to US men's sizes. Since every foot is three-dimensional and varies across many different areas (such as width, instep etc), conversion tables can only approximate your true shoe size.

For the equivalent women's size, please subtract 1.5 from the men's size.

IF IT WERE LEGAL TO MAKE LOVE TO A SHOE

My Sabo Goodlift shoes hug the ground like a 10 ton teddybear. I live in New York and these popped up on my doorstep faster than AmazonPrime Shipping. I love the construction of these shoes. I use these and the Deadlift interchangeably. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and these do not allow it to flare up at all. I used to deadlift in Nike Impacts and i could feel the major change. I also own a pair of the Powerlift shoes when im squatting and have found that both the GoodLift and Powerlift provide me all the support i need.

The customer service is outstanding really a brand worthy of its name a caliber. I can't want to wear these shoes down for years to come.

Very satisfied. Had to exchange due to size, and customer service was great in both helping me find the right size and getting me the new size.

Loving the shoes. Took a little while to break in but they are only getting better with each use. Much better than any other option I have found for powerlifting. Very functional.
